Ted Hallman Lecture and Workshop

Ted Hallman lectured on his work and prolific career last week at Kutztown University, just a few days after the closing of his show "Suspended Harmonies: Fiber Art by Ted Hallman" at the James A. Michener Art Museum. 

      Ted Hallman has been an important figure in modern design since the late 1950s, using textiles as a artistic medium. Born in 1933 in Bucks County, his work is in the permanent collections at the   Smithsonian Institution, the Metropolitan Museum, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Art Institute of Chicagoand the Brooklyn Museum.
